ElaraJet operates as a platform connecting users with private jet operators offering empty leg flights. We are not a charter operator and do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by third-party operators.

2. Empty Leg Availability

Empty leg flights are subject to unique circumstances and limitations:

• Availability is not guaranteed and can change or be cancelled at short notice
• Flight schedules may be modified by operators without prior notice
• Pricing displayed is estimated and subject to confirmation by the operator
• Final confirmation of flight details is the sole responsibility of the operator

3. Booking Process

When you submit an availability request through our platform, your information is forwarded directly to the operator. ElaraJet does not make bookings, accept payments, or guarantee availability. All contractual relationships for flight services are directly between you and the operator.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Communicate directly with operators regarding flight confirmation and payment
• Review and accept the operator's terms and conditions before booking
• Ensure you have valid travel documentation and meet all requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

ElaraJet acts solely as an information platform. We are not liable for flight cancellations, delays, changes in pricing, service quality, or any other matters related to the operation of flights. All such matters are the responsibility of the operating company.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

6. Data Usage

Information you provide through our platform may be shared with operators to process your requests. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.

7. Modifications

ElaraJet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
